Parents

Today I had coffee with the in laws. This is the norm for a Thursday, we meet for coffee and chat then they go their way to shop and I go mine. Normally my mum is with us but she has gone back to England for two months so I had to listen to the in laws on my own. OMGosh! They do whitter on! Dad said the trees are dying due to the aeroplans dumping their fuel on them.....I wonder if he is loosing the plot!  Mum reckons my op is going to render me bed ridden for the foreseeable future. I will be unable to do a thing apparently. Not what the doctor or the anesthetist said! Nope! I will be up and about pretty quick, and getting out and about to prevent DVTs.  Sorry to dissappoint  you mum!

Today I am starting a new blog. This is to help me with my thought process on writing and life.

I have started to write a story set in medieval northern England. It is erotic, but hopefully with a good storyline under it. Why am I writing? Well, in a couple of weeks I am going into hospital for a hysterectomy and at the moment I think the hormones I am taking until then are running rampant through my ody and giving me fantastic dreams! I told a friend about it, without giving away the plot and she told me to write them down. I have done. Unfortunately in my dreams I am not the female lead, the one getting all the loving, I am one telling the story. How unlucky is that?

I have always wanted to write and have a few half done stories that ran out of steam. This one is almost half done!  I am loving the characters and the setting, the timeframe and the sex! I just hope I can get it published! I would like to finish the story and edit it during my convalescence.
